Sash Smart, London’s Market Leader in the repair and replacement of original timber sash windows are recruiting experienced and qualified carpenters to join their team carrying out Installations and Repairs to traditional timber Sash Windows for residential properties throughout London and the Home Counties.
Sash Smart are expanding and looking for dedicated, hard working Individuals to help expand the business with them.
Sash Smart Services includes:
• Repairs- including installing new sashes into the existing box frames
• Full Replacement- Installing new box frames
• Draught Proofing
• Glazing
Candidates must have the following skills:
• Experience of working with timber sash windows
• Joinery experience and relevant qualifications is desirable
• Ability to draught proof, seal and overhaul
• Installing casement windows
• Carrying out re-glazing
• High Quality, an eye for detail is an absolute must- most of our work is based on customer recommendations!
• Excellent communication skills.
You must also:
• Hold a clean UK Driving Licence
• Be over 25 years of age for van insurance
• Be quality conscious and enjoy working to high standards
Sash Smart work all over London and the Home Counties, therefore you must be willing to travel to different sites, and usually a few different sites a day.
Following a probation period, own van and tools can be provided. Salary is dependent on experience and will be discussed at interview.
